Ever wonder what happens when old country/western icons two-step into a Rock 'N' Roll rodeo? Meet the ELECTRIC WRANGLERS, a wild, twang-infused spectacle where rhinestones meet face paint and the saloon gets a heavy metal make-over that lights up brighter than a neon-lit honky tonk!

Each piece is an acrylic painting over layered paper collage from a mix of found digital images that have been manipulated using a variety of techniques to create these 4 pieces. Influenced by vintage Western nostalgia, movie poster typography and pop art/celebrity culture from the 1940s to the 1970s.
Over 100 paper images per painting were torn or hand cut, sorted and purposely arranged to create the collaged background, including all four sides, then layers of colour and paint splatter applied. Musician portraits were hand drawn using acrylic paint and markers, embellishing the images in silver and gold metallics.
A varnish topcoat in a satin sheen is applied to protect from pollutants and offers UV filtering to ensure the longevity of the artwork. Each piece has a monogram styled signature collaged into one side of the panel as well as being hand-signed and dated on the back. Included is an official Ringo’s My Uncle Certificate of Authenticity, and each panel is wired and ready to hang.

“We should be able to say anything, our lungs were meant to shout. Say what we feel, yell out what's real.
Even though it may not bring mass appeal. Your opinion is yours, my opinion is mine. If you don't like what I'm sayin'? Fine, But don't close it, always keep an open mind.
A man who fails to listen is blind.”
